Julie Anne San Jose is being linked to Alden Richards but she swears he's not even courting her. "I know gasgas nang sabihin but we're really just friends," she says.

Some fans of her love team with Elmo Magalona bashed Alden because of this, but they'll hate it even more that GMA-7 plans to build up Julie Anne eventually as a solo artist, especially now that it's common knowledge that Elmo's real squeeze is Lauren Young.

"Platinum na ang self-titled album niya," says GMA exec Simoun Ferrer. "We're hoping mag-double platinum. Hindi naman puwedeng forever she's banking on their love team so she'll have a solo concert sa Music Museum in April and in L. A. in May in time sa 19th birthday niya."

We also believe it's better for Julie Anne to be developed as a solo artist. Right now, she's the first solo endorser of Black Beauty hair products. So why did they choose Julie Anne as their image model? "Kasi she's so talented, young, fresh, has a good reputation and wide appeal kaya ang fans niya sa social media come from all ages. She can best represent our proudcts," says marketing head Daryl Miko Chan.

Julie Anne says she's been using Black Beauty 2-in-1 shampoo with conditioner even before she became an endorser. "My dad bought it. I tried it at maganda talaga sa buhok. They have other variants like Black Beauty Gold Shampoo for thinning hair, Hot Oil, Hair Color, and Silk Conditioner."

What happened to her audition in "Miss Saigon" for London? "On the day na scheduled ako, I got sick, lost my voice, di ko talaga kinaya so I didn't make it. Inisip ko na lang it's not really for me."

Another rumor about her is that she's "tibo?" "Ay, hindi po. Boyish lang siguro ako lalo noong high school, but hindi po ako lesbian."

Nagulat si Julie Anne San Jose na naiisyuhan siyang tomboy pero sabi namin kasalanan din niya dahil nasabi yata niya minsan at na-tweet pa na "macho" pa rin siya. Ayun, sumunod na ang tsikang tomboy siya kaya raw wala pa ring boyfriend hanggang ngayon.

"Hindi totoong tomboy ako. I have nothing against them pero not true, babaeng-babae po ako. Macho kasi ang tawag sa akin noong high school ako dahil boyish ako at malapit ako sa mga lalaki, but it doesn't mean na tomboy ako. Oh, my god! Nagulat ako sa isyu ha?" reaction ni Julie Anne.

Natawa rin sa isyu ang manging director ng Man Yip Corporation, maker ng Black Beauty Shampoo na ini-endorse ni Julie Anne. Hindi rin naniniwala si Miss Daryl sa isyu dahil girl na girl nga naman ang singer-actress.

Dalawang concerts ang pinaghahandaan ng Kapuso singer-actress, una'y ang April concert niya sa Teatrino sa Greenhills at ang pangalawa'y ang May concert niya sa Los Angeles, California. Birthday concert niya ito at birthday gift niya sa sarili ang trip sa LA.

Kuwento pala ni Julie Anne, ang dad niya ang unang naka-discover sa Black Beauty Shampoo, bumili ito, kaniyang ginamit at nagustuhan. Hindi pa man siya endorser ng shampoo, ginagamit na niya.

Truly one of the certified superstars of the social media sites from Twitter to Instagram to You Tube, tumataas na ang CI as in corporate image dahil the eighteen year old singer just signed up for the second endorsement, this time for Black Beauty line of hair grooming naman. What we thought was the former Mane and Tail, new corporation ang Black Beauty shampoo na formulated na talaga para sa buhok ng tao pero ang formulation for the horses’ hair pa rin. Si Julie Anne lang ang nagiisa nilang choice to endorse their products. 

Again it is the youngish owner of Black Beauty ang nagkagusto kay Julie Anne lalo na sa mga kanta niya. This is the first time nga na nag contract signing for a shampoo pero kumanta ang endorser laban kayo? Maraming nagpunta na taga Black Beauty just to glimpse at the young superstar at maki-picture-picture na rin to which Julie Anne does not disappoint. In fairness naman kasi sa GMA Artist Center girl, hindi ito dedma sa mga tao kaya love siya ng mga fans niya. 

Now speaking of love, hindi raw true na nanliligaw sa kaniya si Alden Richards the same way siya na rin ang nag confirm na hindi rin nanligaw sa kaniya noon si Elmo Magalona. Nagkakaroon tuloy ng tsismis na kaya hindi siya nililigawan ng mga boys kahit napakaganda niya, dahil girl din ang hanap niya, he he he. Nagulat si Julie Anne sa tsismis na yun at sinisigurado niya, girl na girl siya at boy din ang hanap niya. 

Siya naman kasi, ang nickname niyang favorite for herself, macho.
